CJI K G Balakrishnan..never mind the name or caste..go by the soul of Truth..let politicians make putticial commissions the Time has come for the Supreme Court to..first settle the Case of Right by inner inquiry provision of the Constitution..suo motto..as soon as You can..because I shall not petition to a kutta muti court..I AM THE KING..

..and then to make Qualification clause for MPs, MLAs..

5. Goya ki Chunanche !

If Parliament has to inquire into the Judicial Misconducts first the MPs must so be qualified..that is to say..the Law Ministry must openly consult at least five retired SC Judges..and AG must inform MPs about the issues..and MPs must be more qualified than what they could at all have been when the Constitution was adopted..is it fair Arundhati Roy ?

4. Time has come..for crutches or..

Judges have definitely Misconducted even criminally in the case of rights..but so had Congress, BJP, V P Seens, Mullam Seeng, Gujral, Chandrashekhar..the parties too must be banned..

In fact I do pass order for Eternal Hell to all MPs since the day the issue of impeachment of CJI Kukerji and Sanpak was raised by me..and I also pass order of all MLAs since then who work under such Central Command..they are all sinners..

And yet..I do not know how God may react if there is any iota of sincerity of Introspection and Reforms..which so far I do not see in political pigs of India..only CJI K G Balakrishnan has talked of it..I listened..also noted that he is a Born Backward class while others Born Forward class misconducted..how much more crutches you want from us CJI..we usually do not stock them but try to give strength in your legs..you kuchh gottcha kya ?

3. Judicial Commission

Parliament has jurisdiction for inquiry of judicial misconduct and address by the Prez..so the Zuzzezz better not interfere with that..butt..

They can study if the present MPs have capabilities to understand the issues involved..at least 100 MPs must have such ability and willingness to address themselves for signing the complaint..that is the line of mutual evolution by CONFLICT..that is The Game God likes to Play !

2. Judicial Delays

When a court of record has passed and Recorded, Published a dictum which has Force of Law..it is binding upon the States to obey that..and not to raise similar issues again and again..most delays occur because this is not done !

And ironically the very courts too are party to this Misconduct..and this CJI Kala Kuttan requires more than your introspection because I have done that for YOU..O K kya ?
